Birth Support is crucial for families during this important time. With recent changes in hospital policies, anxienties and fears are real and normal. 

Doulas are working to help provide support, quality care and adjust to the needs of our clients. 

Ensuring your safety is my priority. I am practicing strict stay at home guidelines and will not be attending births unless 14 days have passed in between. 

Practicing social distancing guidelines: 

• Consulatations and prenatal visits will be moved to ZOOM virtual calls
• Continous support will be provided, depending on hospital policy, in person if allowed. 
• If in person is not allowed, we will adjust birth prefrences accordingly
